Martha Z. Stachitas Martha Stachitas joined K. Fehling & Associates in 2004. Prior to joining KFA, Martha was the Director, Development for The University of North Florida's (UNF) Coggin College of Business. Martha's experience in search began before moving to Florida when she served eight years as Senior Vice President for Executive Search at Barnes & Roche, Inc., a national fund-raising and resource management consulting firm headquartered in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. In this position, Martha directed sales, service and administration of the company's executive recruiting practice dedicated to identifying senior level professionals for the healthcare, education, cultural and conservation sectors. Martha also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector. She held progressive executive positions in development, athletic administration and alumni relations at her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, and at Duke University Medical Center. Martha has served as a member of the following professional associations: The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She has also been involved in several community-based organizations, including serving on the boards of the Women & Girls Health Initiative for University of North Florida's Brooks College of Health, the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Library, and the Booster Club at Allen D.
